SportsEinstein Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SportsEinstein, including the website at sportseinsteinlab.com, the app at app.sportseinsteinlab.com and the SportsEinstein Telegram bot (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Intheknow Systems Labs Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use SportsEinstein

• You must be 18 years or older, and old enough to gamble legally where you live.
• You are responsible for making sure that using sports betting information is legal in your location.
• One person, one account. You may not create multiple accounts, for example to get extra free actions.

2. What SportsEinstein is, and what it is not

SportsEinstein is a sports betting information and tools service. It can, for example:

• convert a booking code from one bookmaker to another;
• edit, split, combine or trim betting tickets;
• provide sports research, statistics and model-based estimates.

SportsEinstein is not a bookmaker. We do not:

• accept, place or settle bets;
• hold, transfer or manage your money or your bookmaker balance;
• log in to your bookmaker accounts.

Any bet you place is placed by you, on the bookmaker's own platform, under that bookmaker's terms and the laws that apply to you. Your relationship with any bookmaker is solely between you and that bookmaker.

3. Booking code conversions

• When we convert a booking code, we match each selection to the closest identical selection on the destination bookmaker.
• Some selections may not be available on the destination bookmaker, may have already started, or may not have an exact equivalent. In those cases we leave them out and tell you why. The rest of the ticket is still converted.
• Where a destination bookmaker only offers a close variant of a market (for example, a 1X2 market with an early-payout feature), we may book that variant and show you the market name we booked.
• Odds and availability change constantly and are set by the bookmaker, not by us. The odds shown on the destination bookmaker may differ from the original ticket.
• Always check your ticket on the bookmaker's site before you place a bet. You are responsible for the bets you choose to place.

4. Research, predictions and AI-generated content

• Research, statistics, probabilities and suggestions are estimates for information only. They are not financial advice and are not a guarantee of any result or winnings.
• Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence. AI-generated text can contain mistakes. Do not rely on it as your only source of information.
• Sports results are uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Responsible gambling

• If gambling stops being fun or starts affecting your money, health, work or relationships, stop and seek help:

6. Plans, payments and allowances

• SportsEinstein offers a Free tier and paid plans (currently Lite and Premium). Prices, durations and usage allowances are shown in the Service at the time you buy.
• Free users get a limited number of free actions. Paid plans include usage allowances (for example, a daily research allowance). When an allowance is used up, the related features pause until it resets or you upgrade.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Paystack, and others we may add). We do not store your full card details. Your payment is also subject to the provider's terms.
• Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise, and may change. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
• Refunds: Plans give immediate access to digital features and are not refundable once used, except where required by law or where a failure on our side prevented you from using a paid plan, in which case contact support@sportseinsteinlab.com.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a place where it is unlawful;
• resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Service or its output without our written permission;
• scrape, copy or automate access to the Service, or attempt to reverse engineer it;
• interfere with, overload or try to bypass the security, limits or allowances of the Service;
• share your account, or use another person's account without permission;
• send abusive, harmful or misleading content through the Service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

8. Third-party services and trademarks

• The Service works with, and links to, third-party services such as bookmakers, Telegram, Google and payment providers. We are not responsible for their services, content, availability or terms.
• Bookmaker names and trademarks belong to their owners. SportsEinstein is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any bookmaker unless we say so explicitly.

9. Our content and your content

• The Service, its software, design, brand and content belong to Intheknow Systems Labs Ltd or our licensors. You may use the Service and its output for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You keep ownership of the booking codes, messages and other content you submit. You give us permission to use that content to provide, maintain and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

• We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, supported bookmakers and markets may change, pause or be withdrawn at any time, including when a bookmaker changes its website.
• We may update the Service, add or remove features, or change plans and allowances.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any betting losses, lost winnings, or decisions you make based on the Service;
• we are not liable for errors, omissions or unavailability caused by bookmakers or other third parties;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;
• our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

12. Closing your account

• You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@sportseinsteinlab.com.
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, let you know through the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lagos State , Nigeria, unless the law requires otherwise.
